Recently had a kitchen fitted by Liberty. Their service from start to finish was so much easier to use in comparison to the more recognised national companies. I was able to mix and match all the fittings and not restricted to buying only one brand. This resulted in getting all the products I wanted and was greater value for money. The customer service was excellent and all the little snags that a job like this throws up were dealt with quickly and without any hassle. It was great to be able to just text, phone or email and get an almost instant response. I even had the electrician coming out to see me on a Sunday for an issue (which wasn’t urgent) I’d asked about less than 24hrs before. Truly above and beyond!I would have no hesitation in using their service again or recommending them to others.

We recently had the pleasure of having Liberty install our kitchen and ensuite.Before the installation we dealt mainly with Tam (in person) and Mark(via email) who listened attentively to any ideas we had and helped us choose and design the perfect kitchen and ensuite for our needs.Getting both rooms done at the same time was a big decision but all the tradesmen managed to synchronise their work perfectly and worked so quickly and to such a high standard. I can’t speak highly enough about the 5 ☆professional and hard working team who arrived prompt every morning and worked solidly all daywith just a wee cup of coffee (black, 1 sugar) every now and then. At the end of every day, everything was tidied up and put away. We are absolutely delighted with the final result and the hassle–free installation.One other point worth mentioning was the after service care! Most bigger companies are not interested once they’ve been paid but this is not the case with Liberty. We had a minor issue after payment was completed and Tam had it fixed within 24 hours of me reporting it to him. Liberty really do go that extra mile and make sure you are 100% delighted with their service.Thanks Liberty for a wonderful job. We would recommend you to anyone and everyone!

First they produced a new layout and detailed plan for the new kitchen and after a few minor changes the final plan was agreed.
